Hey Hey The Gang's All Here!
Well it's not quite the whole gang, but it's most of them. We're taking a break from working on the wall mural. The sun got a little bright, So we decided to make the best of it and have a little kodak moment
Over the last ten years, I have dedicated my life to working with children who have been victims of abuse and neglect. I have been a conducting therapeutic poetry workshops with organizations in Atlanta such as The Bridge and Dekalb County Juvenile Justice. I am certified as a Community Ambassador Spokesperson for Fulton County Juvenile Justice; I have received training in "Prevention of Sexual Child Abuse, as well as, Commercially Sexually Exploited Children. I'm a member of "A Future, Not A Past", Not for Sale Campaign, SafeHouse, and many other worthy causes.
I've raised more than $25,000 in support of organizations, such as American Cancer Society, Lymphoma and Leukemia Society, Making Strides against Breast Cancer, American Stroke Association, Hope Transitional Home for the Homeless Communities, Bowen Homes Housing Project and many others.
